Matilda Rolfsson is a Swedish percussionist living and active in Trondheim. In recent years, she has made a name for herself at a number of concert venues and festivals, and with reviewers at home and abroad. Matilda plays the bass drum and works with world-renowned improvisational musicians such as Trio generations: Maggie Nicols, Lisa Ullén. Joelle Léandre, Sten Sandell, Mats Gustafssons Hidros 9, Trondheim JazzOrchestra, and dancers Marcela Giesche, Bára Sigfussdottir, and Anna Westberg,
Nicolas Leirtrø is among Trondheim’s more active and exciting young musicians at the moment. In the extremes and underbelly of musical expressions that range from lofi indie-kraut, via spiritual free jazz and power jazz to contemporary music, Nicolas has in recent years marked himself as a forward-looking and hard-working double bass and baritone guitarist. Nicolas is usually seen in a number of projects such as I LIKE TO SLEEP, Veslemøy Narvesen, TEIP TRIO, earth moon transit, Maria Norseth Garli, Ville Lähteenmäki Trio and Mats Gustafssons Hidros 9.
Eira Bjørnstad Foss is a violinist and a key figure in the contemporary music scene in Norway. She has performed commissioned works written especially for her as a soloist with SiTron (formerly Trondheim Sinfonietta), and performed more than 30 world premieres by young, creative composers from all over the world with her ensemble Tøyen Fil og Klafferi.
